DENVER, CO - Trigon provided EPC services for 1.5 miles of 12” pipeline with metering, including directionally drilled crossings of Interstate 10 and several railroad tracks. Trigon provided project management, ROW acquisition, permitting, engineering, design, procurement, construction, construction management and inspection services for Public Service Company of New Mexico. The project included the installation of a coalescing filter, measurement facilities, flow control valves and gas chromatograph for the interconnect. The project is located in southeastern New Mexico. Construction partner for this project was Foutz and Bursum Construction Company. This project was initiated on January 28, 2002 and was placed in service April 11, 2002 - a total of 9 weeks, including all permitting and ROW acquisition.
