DENVER, CO - Trigon provided full construction management services to Williams Energy Services on the Longhorn Pipeline Project from Houston to El Paso, Texas.

Experienced construction management and inspection was critical to this project due to the sensitive nature of governmental agency requirements. There were over 90 specific environmental mitigation sites on the 18 inch diameter pipeline. These sites included directional drills, pipe replacements, main line valve and check valve replacements and hydrostatic testing in environmentally sensitive areas across 385 miles of pipeline corridor.

Trigon provided a construction management team of approximately 80 experienced personnel in two field offices in Texas. Services included project management, construction inspection, survey/GPS and as-built documentation for all EA mitigation work, and hydrostatic test engineering. Trigon also provided a documents management staff to compile EA mitigation, site-specific job completion books which were submitted to DOT, FERC, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and other government agencies for review and approval prior to start up.
