August 24, 2004 (Lakewood, CO) Trigon EPC provided turnkey services to Enserco Energy on the Cabresto Pipeline project located in New Mexico. The pipeline consisted of 13.2 miles of 12" and 4.2 miles of 8". Trigon provided EPC services which included project management, survey, design, engineering, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, procurement, construction and construction management.
