Denver, CO - Trigon employees proudly took 1st place at the third annual Jeffco CASA Open Golf Tournament on Monday, June 6th, 2005 at Arrowhead Golf Course. Trigon has been a sponsor of CASA programs in the Jeffco system for the past three years and took the top honors of the 4 person scramble out of 74 participants. Trigon was both a corporate sponsor and formed the winning team in support of the 2005 event.

Since 1990, the mission of the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association, with its state and local chapters and members, is to support and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes. Each agency works as an integral part of the children's welfare and legal systems within its jurisdiction, and tailors its programs and services to reflect the community that it serves. Each year, local CASA assists with more than 600 dependency and neglect cases, affecting more than 1000 children, filed in the courts of Jefferson and Gilpin counties.
