DENVER CO - Trigon, LLC is pleased to announce that Joe Blankenship is joining the company in the position of Director of Construction Management in the Tulsa, OK office.

Joe will be responsible for construction management and inspection services for Trigon. He will also be responsible for business development of all field service activities including Construction Management, Inspection, Right-of-Way, Survey, Permitting and Design Services.

Joe has over 35 years of experience in the pipeline and telecommunications industries. He has served as Vice President, Project Manager, Vice President of Business Development Manager and Inspector for various engineering and field services companies. He has been instrumental in the development of several Field Service companies. Mr. Blankenship has an extensive back ground in NDT and inspection services.
