This skilled and experienced team raises our total staffing level to over 100. Mr. Donald Bowen, who has over 30 years experience in the oil, gas, and telecommunications industries, leads Trigon's Tulsa office as general manager. Mr. Jacky Brown, who has 30 years experience in engineering and construction management, specializing in pipelines, leads the project management team. Mr. Scott Lack leads the design team with 19 years experience in drafting and design, and Mr. Bill White leads the survey team with over 20 years experience in surveying and survey crew management.
